Microsoft for Education & Non-Profit
As a leading vendor in productivity software, Microsoft provides various product options for education and non-profit organisations, including specialised plans, promotional pricing and grants. DCD-IT can assist your organisation in navigating the specific licensing terms and offer solutions based on the pre-qualifying conditions for these institutions.
Microsoft 365 Packages for Education & Non-Profit
We can deliver tailored MS 365 packages for the needs of educational and non-profit organisations. To use these plans, you will first have to complete an eligibility questionnaire and fill in additional information requested by Microsoft.
Pre-qualification through Microsoft is mandatory!
To make the process easier for our customers, DCD can help with the procedure and provide licensing upon approval.

Which non-profits are eligible for Microsoft grants and discounts?
To access grants and discounted solutions, non-profit organisations (incl. public libraries and public museums) must have recognised legal status in their country, operate on a not-for-profit basis, and have a mission to benefit the local community. They should also attest to Microsoft's anti-discrimination policy. The registration process should be completed by an employee or strategic volunteer of the non-profit. Contact us for more information.
Available licensing options for educational and non-profit organisations
You can purchase education and non-profit solutions through the CSP and OV/OVS licensing programs.
Furthermore, DCD-IT can provide special discounts for CPO, OEM and ESD products, including Windows, MS Office, SQL Server, Exchange Server and other solutions. You can take advantage of the preferential pricing if your entity is a publicly verifiable educational or non-profit organisation.
